Hi! I am Kate Maggs, a proud Central Pennsylvania native and Realtor with RE/MAX Centre Realty, where I also keep the behind-the-scenes magic moving as a Transaction Coordinator for The Steven Bodner Team. I’m passionate about making real estate feel a little less overwhelming, a lot more personal, and—when possible—even fun. 
With a background in business, a love for people, and years of experience navigating the details of real estate transactions, I’m a firm believer that great service comes down to communication, attention to detail, and genuinely caring about the people you’re helping.
When I’m not talking contracts, inspections, closings, or houses, you’ll usually find me with my husband, Ryan, and our two girls, chasing kids, cooking something good, spending time outdoors, or hanging out with our family and friends.
As a mom, I want to be more involved in the community where I’m raising my daughters and help make it a place where families can thrive. I’m excited for the opportunity to volunteer my time, give back, and connect with others who share a passion for making a positive difference in Clinton County. Being part of the United Way board is a meaningful way for me to contribute to the community my family calls home.
Central PA is home, real estate is my profession, and helping people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives is something I’m truly proud to do.
